• What is the cost?

  The price is based on your Annual Construction Volume and is offered in modules to fit your budget and needs, with additional discounts for bundling. There is no licensing or limit to the number of users. 

  Integrated Services are quoted based on estimated time for the scope.

  
  

   

• What software does PeerAssist integrate with?

  While PeerAssist offers some standard integrations for Foundation, Sage and Autodesk Build (PlanGrid) users, most integrations are custom and tailored to meet the requirements of your accounting software or other 3rd party application. 

  Our Integrated Services team has helped many contractors streamline data from Procore, OnCenter QuickBid/Ost, Estimating Edge and more. 

• Is PeerAssist for General Contractors or special trades?

  While our platform is geared towards internal coordination and tracking for trade contractors, General Contractors that self-perform or purchase materials can also use PeerAssist, such as DPR, Rodan Builders, and Crossroads Construction.

• How easy is it to implement?

  PeerAssist is a cloud-based SaaS application that requires no installation, so it is possible to get started right away! 

  Onboarding is included and tailored to your organization. Training typically consists of an admin session to set up projects and users, followed by separate trainings geared towards field users on the mobile app, and office users on the desktop app.

  Highly motivated users can take a self-serve approach and use our online knowledgebase as a guide to get started on your own schedule, at your own pace. 

  PeerAssist proudly offers top notch support via Live Chat, support tickets, or your dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure your success in the platform.

• What mobile devices are compatible?

  The PeerAssist mobile app is compatible with Apple and Android devices (tablets and smartphones).

  Mobile users are able to conveniently work offline and sync with the office when they have a connection.
